With the continuous progress of medicine,molecular diagnostic technology has been widely used in the medical field and has become one of the important means of precision medicine,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for the professional technical and psychological quality of clinical molecular biology laboratory personnel.Internship is the only way for medical students to transform from students to clinical medical workers.Generally,according to the require-ments of the syllabus,the interns are arranged to practice in the clinical molecular biology laboratory for a short time,so the teaching and learning work of clinical molecular biology laboratory practice is still facing many challenges.Based on my years of teaching experience in clinical molecular biology laboratory practice,this paper summarizes some teaching experi-ences.Teachers need to improve their theoretical knowledge and professional skills,explore and improve teaching methods,enhance the awareness of biosafety of interns,improve clinical practice skills,cultivate the concept of total quality control system,strengthen clinical communication,strengthen communication between students,improve comprehensive ability,and cultivate healthy internship psychology,so as to ultimately achieve teaching and learning,and to cultivate laboratory medicine professionals with both ability and political integrity in the new era.
