Effect of psychological nursing under the guidance of health education on mental state and complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic chole-cystectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing under the guidance of health education on mental state and complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 70 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Shantou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing mode in-tervention under the guidance of health education.The complication rate and psychological status scores before nursing and 2 weeks after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in both groups after 2 weeks of intervention were lower than before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after 2 weeks of intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and improve their psychological state.
