摘要

糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)是糖尿病所导致的慢性肾脏病,最终将导致终末期肾病.数据挖掘应用于DKD领域的研究能更有效地从随机、模糊的数据中发现潜在的、有价值的规律或联系.网络药理学是在系统生物学的基础上,通过构建"药物-靶点-疾病"网络阐述药物作用于疾病的靶点和通路.目前,数据挖掘技术和网络药理学已经成为研究中医药治疗DKD的热门方法,本文从数据挖掘在中医药治疗DKD的中医证候及用药规律研究,网络药理学应用于中医药治疗DKD的单味药、中药药对及中药复方等方面研究进行汇总,阐述数据挖掘和网络药理学在中医药诊疗DKD的相关研究并进行总结和归纳,以期通过数据挖掘及网络药理学进行中医药治疗DKD进一步研究提供指导借鉴.

Abstract

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes,which will eventually lead to end-stage renal disease.The application of data mining to the research of DKD can more effectively find potential and valu-able rules or connections from random and fuzzy data.Network pharmacology is based on systems biology,through the con-struction of"drug-target-disease"network to elaborate drug action on disease targets and pathways.At present,data mining technology and network pharmacology have become popular methods for the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DKD.This paper summarizes the data mining and network pharmacology in the study of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DKD,and the application of net-work pharmacology in the treatment of DKD.The related research of data mining and network pharmacology in the diagnosis and treatment of DKD is summarized.In order to provide guidance and reference for further research on the treatment of DKD with traditional Chinese medicine through data mining and network pharmacology.
