Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom blended teaching model in the training of com-munity nurses with pressure injury(PI).Methods A total of 100 nurses in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group adopted the blended teaching mode of flipped classroom,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The PI new stage mastery,assessment results,core competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the training.Results There was no significant difference in the mastery of PI new stage between the two groups before training(P>0.05).The mastery rate of PI new stages in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average scores in the-ory and operation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional development ability,community nursing practice ability,critical thinking a-bility,legal ethics practice ability and communication and coordination ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flipped classroom mixed teaching mode for PI training of community nurses can effectively deepen the mastery of PI new stage related knowledge,improve assessment results,core competence,and enhance their teaching satis-faction.
