摘要

本研究旨在探索中外合作办学口腔护理专业人才培养模式,深刻剖析了当前国内口腔护理专业教育模式存在的问题,对目前国内外口腔护理专业现况进行了研究.本研究在引进优质国际教育资源及口腔护理专业认证体系基础上探索适合我国实际需求的口腔护理专业人才培养的思路和方法,提出以岗位技能要求为培养目标的人才培养新模式,优化评估教育效果,针对执行过程中出现的问题进行评估,优化调整人才培养方案,将更好地提升医学类高职院校中外合作办学质量及口腔护理人才的水平.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the training mode of oral nursing professionals in Chinese-foreign co-operative schools,deeply analyze the problems existing in the current education mode of oral nursing majors in China,and study the current situation of oral nursing majors at home and abroad.Based on the introduction of high-quality international educational resources and oral care professional certification system,this research explores the ideas and methods of oral care professional talent training suitable for China's actual needs,puts forward a new mode of talent training aiming at post skill requirements,optimizes the evaluation of education effects,evaluates the problems arising in the implementation pro-cess,and optimizes and adjusts the talent training program.It will better improve the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in medical higher vocational colleges and the level of oral nursing talents.
