Objective To investigate the nursing effect of extended nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 105 patients with CHD after PCI in the Fifth Ward of Department of Cardiology of Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received extended nursing mode intervention. After 6 months, the scores of blood lipid, uric acid, cardiac function,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, the 6 min walking test(6MWT),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)scores and total scores, and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)indexes(except angina attack frequency score)of observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and uric acid(UA)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion The application of extended nursing mode in CHD patients after PCI is effective, which can effectively improve the patients'heart function, blood lipid,self-care ability and quality of life.
