Effect of focused solution nursing mode on psychological resilience level and self-care ability of patients with first episode acute myocardial in-farction
Objective To analyze the influence of focused solution nursing mode on Psychological resilience level and self-care ability of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 first-episode acute myocardial infarc-tion patients admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode,and the experimental group adopted the focused solution nursing mode.The level of psychological resilience,self-care ability,and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the two groups were observed after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of psychological resilience in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of self-care ability in test group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in experimental groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing mode,the focused solution nursing mode can improve the psychological resilience level of the first acute myocardial infarction patients,improve the self-care ability of patients,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
