Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common chronic digestive system disease in clinical practice,which has a high incidence rate in China.Its pathogenesis is related to Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,duodenal reflux,immune in-jury and other factors,and its mechanism is complex.At present,there is no ideal therapeutic drug for this disease in western medicine,while under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,Chinese medicine has its unique advantages,which especially plays a significant role in reducing gastric mucosal inflammation,repairing gastric mucosal damage,delaying or reversing intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of gastric mucosa.This paper sorts out TLR4/NF-K B、PI3K/AKT.JAK/STAT、Hedgehog and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways,which have been widely studied and are closely related to the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on CAG.It analyzes the mechanism of action,in order to provide research ideas for further exploring the pharmacodynamic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CAG,and provide reference directions for the clinical drug selection and new drug development of the disease.
