Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods A total of 60 patients with ICP treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hos-pital were selected as the research objects from October 2021 to June 2022,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with con-ventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills.The scores of pruritus degree,bilirubin(total bilirubin[TBil],indirect bilirubin[IBil],direct bilirubin[DBil])and liver function(alanine amino-transferase[ALT],aspartate aminotransferase[AST])in the two groups were compared.And the adverse pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the score of pruritus degree,levels of TBil,IBil and DBil in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of ALT and AST in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills can improve clinical symptoms and liver func-tion,relieve pruritus and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in ICP patients.
