The operation of physical examination in diagnostics is the first basic clinical skill for medical students,and also the fastest and most convenient way for clinicians to obtain clinical diagnosis.Due to its importance and difficulty,various colleges and universities have actively carried out teaching reform.According to its practical characteristics,increase the proportion of practical teaching,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice.Combined with the development of information,it breaks through the traditional classroom teaching,constructs the student-centered teaching mode,expands the limitations of classroom teaching,connects pre-class-during-after-class,and cultivates students'independent learning ability and habits.Give full play to the role of peer supervision,implement team assessment,change the final evaluation of one test,and build a formative evaluation system.This article focuses on the above reform measures of the physical examina-tion practice teaching,and explores the reform results,in order to provide some reform ideas for the general medical educa-tors in the physical examination practice teaching.
