摘要

2型糖尿病的高发病率及高死亡率在全球范围内造成了巨大的社会经济损失,并仍呈上升趋势,生活方式干预可能是应对这一持续流行病最实际和最具成本效益的方法.限时进食作为一种新兴的饮食干预措施,指将每天的食物消费窗口限制在4~10h,属于间歇性禁食的一种特殊形式.最近系列研究已证明限时进食可通过昼夜时钟、肠道微生物、骨骼肌线粒体、炎症、脂质循环等途径有效预防及缓解2型糖尿病进展及并发症的发生,并具有较高依从性,且尚未发现有严重副作用.然而关于其产生作用的具体机制国内仍未有相关总结.因此,本文就限时进食对2型糖尿病糖代谢的影响及作用机制进行综述,为饮食方案的临床应用提供一定的参考,为制定适合我国现状的饮食模式最佳方案提供借鉴.

Abstract

The high incidence rate and mortality rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus have caused huge social and economic losses worldwide,and are still on the rise.Lifestyle intervention may be the most practical and cost-effective way to deal with this persistent epidemic.Time-restricted feeding,as an emerging dietary intervention measure,refers to limit the daily food consumption window within 4-10 hours,which is a special form of intermittent fasting.Recently,a series of studies have proved that time-restricted feeding can effectively prevent and alleviate the progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the oc-currences of complications through circadian clock,intestinal microbes,skeletal muscle mitochondria,inflammation,lipid circulation and other ways,with high compliance and no serious side-effects.However,there is still no relevant summary regarding the specific mechanism of its effects in China.Therefore,this article reviews the impact of time-restricted feeding on glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its mechanism of action,providing reference for the clinical applica-tion of diet programs and the formulation of the best diet program suitable for the current situation in China.
