Objective To explore the effect of Suhexiang Pills combined with Sodium Butylphthalide Chloride on improving the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)ad-mitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into control group(50 cases)and a treatment group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group patients were treated with aspirin or clopidogrel,while the treatment group patients were treated with Suhexiang Pills and Sodium Butylphthalide Chloride Injection for a total of 14 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,coagulation function,inflammatory cytokine levels,neurological function,complications,and safety were compared between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom score,Na-tional Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in the same group,and these index-es the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The to-tal incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of Suhexiang Pills combined with Sodium Butylphthalide Chloride in the treatment of ACI is definite,which can exert anticoagulation,reduce inflammatory reactions,promote neurological function recovery,and has fewer complications and good safety.It is worth promoting.
