Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided pain point injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage on iliopsoas muscle injury
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided pain point injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment for patients with iliopsoas muscle injury.Methods A total of sixty patients with iliop-soas muscle injury admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received traditional lumbar and leg massage and ultrasound guided pain point in-jection of Danhong injection,while the observation group received ultrasound guided pain point injection and traditional Chinese medicine massage.The Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and Visual analog scale(VAS),clinical symptom relief time,total effective rate,and overall satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no statisti-cally significant differences in ODI scores between the two groups before and 1 day after treatment(P＞0.05).The ODI scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group at 7 days,1 month,6 months after treat-ment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ODI scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those of the same group before treatment at 1 days,7 days,1 month,6 months after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided pain point injection com-bined with traditional Chinese medicine massage can significantly alleviate body pain in patients with iliopsoas muscle in-jury,improve lumbar muscle function,and have a significant therapeutic effect,which can be promoted.
