摘要

呼吸治疗是一个兼具专业性与实践性的学科,发展迅速,传统教学模式已不能满足呼吸治疗专业人才的培养需求.将互联网教学与传统教学模式优势相结合的混合式教学,是当前高校教学改革的重要方向.既往认为,对于临床类课程,线上教育教学方式单一、缺乏监督、师生间缺乏互动,难以达到良好的教学效果.随着互联网的快速发展,线上教育平台得到飞速发展,云课堂作为一种新型的在线教育模式,打破了传统课堂的时空界限,利用信息技术提供教学资源,引导学生自主学习,支持师生双向互动,越来越多地在高校教育中应用.而基于临床典型案例的案例教学法(CBL),能够提高学生整合知识、分析临床问题的能力,在临床类课程教学中取得了良好效果.呼吸治疗专业课程,具备基础与实用的特点,在实际教学中探索应用混合式教学模式,将案例教学与云课堂等现代化信息传递载体相结合,设计学习基线摸底,合理课程规划;制作教学视频,安排线上学习;准备临床病例,课中实践教学;课后资料延伸,拓展临床思路;课程和考核评价等教学模块,有助于学员对基本理论的掌握与专业技能的提高.

Abstract

Respiratory therapy is a professional and practical subject,which develops rapidly.The traditional teaching model can not meet the training needs of respiratory therapy professionals.The blended teaching,which combines the ad-vantages of Internet teaching and traditional teaching mode,is an important direction of the current teaching reform in col-leges and universities.In the past,it was believed that for clinical courses,online education has a single teaching method,lack of supervision and lack of interaction between teachers and students,and it is difficult to achieve good teaching results.With the rapid development of the Internet,online education platforms have developed rapidly.Cloud classroom,as a new online education model,breaks the time-space boundary of traditional classroom,uses information technology to provide teaching resources,guides students to learn independently and supports two-way interaction between teachers and students,and is increasingly applied in college education.The case-based learning(CBL)based on typical clinical cases can improve students'ability to integrate knowledge and analyze clinical problems,and has achieved good results in clinical course teaching.The course of respiratory therapy is basic and practical.In practical teaching,it explores the application of mixed teaching mode,combines case teaching with modern information transfer carriers such as cloud classroom,designs the learning baseline,and makes reasonable course planning.Make teaching videos and arrange online learning.Prepare clini-cal cases,practice teaching in class.Extension of materials after class to expand clinical thinking.Teaching modules such as courses and assessment are helpful for students to master basic theories and improve professional skills.
