Application effect of comfort nursing in maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients with diabetic nephropathy and its influence on adverse reactions and satisfaction
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing on the adverse reactions and satisfaction of patients with diabetic nephropathy treated by maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing.The score changes of renal function(serum creatinine[SCr],blood urea nitrogen[BUN]),adverse mood(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])and quality of life(short form 36 health survey questionnaire[SF-36])were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and nursing satisfaction was observed between the two groups.Results The BUN,SCr level,SAS and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing for diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients has significant effects,which can improve renal function,improve bad mood,improve quality of life,reduce the risk of adverse reactions in diabetic nephropathy patients,and have high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
