Objective To investigate the effect of alginate dressing on the separation of stoma skin and mucosa after en-terostomy surgery.Methods A total of sixty patients with enterostomy separation from October 2020 to October 2021 admit-ted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital were selected as the study objects,which were divided into observation group(30 cas-es)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Among them,targeted care was gaved to the control group,and the observation group was treated with alginate dressing on the basis of the control group to compare the incision healing,total incidence of complications and total nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The stoma leakage volume of the observation group was less than the control group,and the healing time and the clearing time of the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with enterostomy surgery treatment after stoma skin mucosa separation problem,take alginate dressing combined targeted nursing intervention,can speed up the stoma healing,reduce the exudation,and can reduce the complication rate in patients,improve the prognosis safety,meet the demand of the physical and mental intervention,patients nursing satisfaction is higher,is worth promoting.
