Objective To analyze the value of Aluminum Magnesium Marbonate combined with Esomeprazole in the treat-ment of acute gastric ulcer with bleeding.Methods A total of 128 patients with acute gastric ulcer accompanied with bleed-ing admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Esomeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Aluminum Magnesium Car-bonate.The indexes of gastric ulcer mucosa healing,symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),cyclooxygenase(COX)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,pantothenic acid,abdominal distension and belching in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),inter-leukin-23(IL-23)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The blood transfusion volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time,hematemesis time and hematochezia time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aluminum Magnesium Carbonate combined with Esomeprazole is effective in the treatment of patients with acute gastric ulcer with bleeding.The mucosal indexes of gastric ulcer tend to be normal,and the symptoms are significantly improved,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
