Wumei Pills comes from Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and is hailed as"the main formula for Jueyin disease".Ancient medical practitioners often used it to treat"Huijue"and"Jiuli".This prescription is widely used by contemporary doctors to treat a variety of clinical diseases by combining reinforcing and reducing effects and regulating cold and heat.Feng Xuegong,the famous professor of traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing,studied and inherited Mr.Hu Xishu's Syndrome Differentiation of Six Meridians theory,apply the classical prescription.With the clinical practice and observation,he founds that the chronic difficult and complicated diseases often have complex pathological mechanisms of cold,heat,deficiency,and excess.Syndrome Differentiation of Six Meridians is mostly Jueyin disease,and the selection of Wumei Pills can achieve good clinical efficacy.This article selects some of his medical cases and summarizes his experience in using Wumei pills,hoping to broaden the new methods and new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and difficult diseases.
