摘要
目的 探讨穴位按摩联合阅读治疗在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果.方法 选取江西省精神病院于2022年7月至2023年6月收治的60例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例.对照组予以精神分裂症康复治疗加穴位按摩,试验组在对照组基础上予以阅读治疗.于治疗前、治疗8周后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价患者精神分裂症状,采用中文版心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评价患者心理韧性水平,采用可重复神经心理评估量表(RBANS)评价患者认知能力,采用可一般生活质量指数-74量表(GQOLI-74)评价患者生活质量.结果 治疗后,两组的PANSS评分(阳性症状、阴性症状、神经病理症状)均低于治疗前,且试验组治疗后PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组的CD-RISC、RBANS、GQOLI-74评分均高于治疗前,且治疗后试验组的CD-RISC、RBANS、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 穴位按摩联合阅读治疗可以提高精神分裂症患者心理韧性水平与认知能力,有助于患者康复,改善其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of acupoint massage combined with reading therapy in rehabili-tation of schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Jiangxi Mental Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimen-tal group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received schizophrenia reha-bilitation therapy plus acupoint massage,while the experimental group received reading therapy on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment for 8 weeks,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the symptoms of schizophrenia in patients,the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to evaluate the level of resilience in patients,the repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)was used to evaluate the cognitive ability of patients,and the general quality of life index-74 scale(GQOLI-74)was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients.Results After treatment,the PANSS scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and neuropathological symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PANSS score in the experi-mental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Af-ter treatment,the CD-RISC,RBANS,and GQOLI-74 scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the CD-RISC,RBANS,and GQOLI-74 scores in the experimental group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with reading therapy can improve psychological resilience,cognitive ability and quality of life of schizophrenic patients,thereby promoting recovery.
