自拟健脾除湿止带方联合干扰素治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染湿毒蕴结证的效果
Effect of self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe combined with interferon on dampness toxin accumulation syndrome of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus infection

摘要
目的 探讨宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染湿毒蕴结证患者应用自拟健脾除湿止带方联合干扰素治疗的效果.方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月江西省九江市中医医院收治的100例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例).对照组采用人干扰素α 2b阴道泡腾片治疗,观察组采用人干扰素α 2b阴道泡腾片+自拟健脾除湿止带方治疗,均连续治疗3个月经周期.比较两组临床疗效、中医(TCM)证候积分、HPV转阴率和不良反应总发生率.结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,HPV转阴率高于对照组,观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 宫颈高危型HPV感染湿毒蕴结证患者应用自拟健脾除湿止带方联合干扰素治疗可提高HPV转阴率,改善患者病情,效果显著,安全性好,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe combined with interferon on pa-tients with dampness toxin accumulation syndrome of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection of cervix.Methods A total of 100 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangxi Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with human Interferon α 2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Human Interferon α 2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets+self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe,all of which were treated for consecutive 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,negative HPV conversion rate and the to-tal incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of obser-vation group was higher than that of control group,and the negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the TCM syndrome scores after treatment in observation group were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and TCM syndrome scores after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe and interferon can improve the negative conversion rate of HPV and improve the condition of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection of dampness toxin accumulation syndrome.The effect is significant and the safety is good,which is worthy of reference.
