眼球运动配合耳穴压豆+眼周按摩在儿童假性近视中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨眼球运动配合耳穴压豆+眼周按摩在儿童假性近视中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5月新余市妇幼保健院收治的80例假性近视患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(40例)和常规组(40例).常规组提供眼周按摩干预,联合组在常规组基础上加用眼球运动配合耳穴压豆干预.比较两组干预前后的裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度、眼调节功能(眼调节幅度、调节灵敏度)、视疲劳与生活质量情况[视觉训练视光师学会生存质量量表(COVD-QOL)].结果 干预后,两组的裸眼视力评分均低于本组干预前,且联合组裸眼视力评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,两组的屈光度、眼轴长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,两组的眼调节幅度、调节灵敏度、COVD-QOL评分均高于本组干预前,且联合组眼调节幅度、调节灵敏度、COVD-QOL评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 眼球运动配合耳穴压豆+眼周按摩干预有助于提升假性近视患儿的裸眼视力、调节幅度及调节灵敏度,优化视觉质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of eyeball movement combined with auricular point pressing with beans+periocular massage on pseudomyopia in children.Methods A total of 80 pediatric patients with pseudomyopia ad-mitted to Maternity & Child Health Center of Xinyu from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into combined group(40 cases)and conventional group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The conventional group was given periocular massage intervention,and the combined group was given intervention with eye-ball movement combined with auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the conventional group.The uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,axial length,eye adjustment function(ocular accommodation amplitude,accommodation sensitivity),asthenopia and quality of life(College of Optometrists in Vision Development Quality of Life questionnaire[COVD-QOL])of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the uncorrected visual acuity in the two groups were lower than those before intervention in the same group,and the uncorrected visual acuity of combined group was lower than that in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no signifi-cant differences in diopter and axial length of the two groups after intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the ocular ac-commodation amplitude,accommodation sensitivity and COVD-QOL score of the two groups were higher than those in the same group before intervention,and the ocular accommodation amplitude,accommodation sensitivity and COVD-QOL score in combined group were higher than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Eyeball movement combined with auricular point pressing beans+periocular massage intervention is helpful to enhance the uncorrected visual acuity,accommodation amplitude and accommodation sensitivity and optimize the visual quality in pediatric patients with pseudomyopia.
