度洛西汀联合非甾体抗炎药在慢性骨关节炎患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨度洛西汀联合非甾体抗炎药治疗慢性骨关节炎对患者疼痛、生活质量情况的影响.方法 选取2022年8月至2023年8月信宜市人民医院收治的150例慢性骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(75例)和对照组(75例).对照组采用单用非甾体抗炎药治疗,观察组采用度洛西汀联合非甾体抗炎药治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛情况、心理状态、生活质量、不良反应.结果 观察组治疗8周后治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗8周后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)、疼痛分级指数(PRI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗8周后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗8周后简明36项健康调查(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者治疗8周后胃肠道不适、食欲减退、嗜睡、出汗等不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 度洛西汀联合非甾体抗炎药治疗慢性骨关节炎的效果显著,能有效缓解疼痛,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,且安全性好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Duloxetine combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on pain and quality of life in patients with chronic osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic osteoarthritis treated in Xinyi People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(75 cases)and control group(75 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treat-ed with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs alone,and the observation group was treated with Duloxetine combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.The clinical efficacy,pain,mental state,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,visual analogue score(VAS),present pain intensity(PPI)and pain rating index(PRI)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the short form 36-item health survey(SF-36)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as gastroin-testinal discomfort,appetite loss,lethargy and sweating between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P＞0.05).Con-clusion Duloxetine combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is effective in the treatment of chronic osteoarthri-tis,which can effectively relieve pain,improve psychologi-cal state and quality of life,and have good safety.
