摘要
目的 了解河北省医保相关工作人员的医保政策认知程度,找出影响认知程度的因素,为推进中国医保政策实施与发展提供科学依据.方法 随机选取河北省2021年7至8月石家庄市省级及市级医院、医疗保障厅以及市医疗保险局等单位从事医保相关工作的12 541名在职工作人员作为研究对象,了解其对医保知识的认知程度,分析探讨影响医保政策认知程度的因素.结果 共收集合格问卷9417份,问卷合格率为75.1%.单因素分析结果提示,性别、年龄、工龄对医保认知程度的影响比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).不同工作单位、学历、专业、专业技术职务、不同培训频率医保相关工作人员对医保认知程度的影响比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素分析结果提示,工作单位是一级医院(β=0.329,OR=1.390,95%CI=1.239~1.559)、二级医院(β=0.147,OR=1.158,95%CI=1.004~1.336);所学专业是临床(β=0.243,OR=1.275,95%CI=1.122~1.449)、药学(β=0.228,OR=1.256,95%CI=1.071~1.474)和护理(β=0.262,OR=1.299,95%CI=1.115~1.514);培训频率为每周 1 次(β=0.503,OR=1.653,95%CI=1.319~2.071),每月1 次(β=0.257,OR=1.293,95%CI=1.116~1.499)是医保认知程度的正向影响因素.结论 工作单位、所学专业、参加培训频率是影响医保相关工作人员对医保政策认知程度的因素.有关单位应增加相关人员的培训频率,从而提高医保相关工作人员医保认知程度、推动医保政策的实施与发展.
Abstract
Objective To understand the cognition degree of medical insurance policy among medical insurance related staff in Hebei Province,China,and find out the factors affecting the cognition degree,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting the implementation and development of medical insurance policy in China.Methods A total of 12 541 in-service staff engaged in medical insurance related work in provincial and municipal hospitals,medical security department and municipal medical insurance bureau in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province from July to August 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects to understand their cognition degree of medical insurance knowledge,and analyze and explore the factors affecting the cognition degree of medical insurance policy.Results A total of 9 417 qualified question-naires were collected,with a passing rate of 75.1%.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the influence of gender,age and length of service on the degree of medical insurance cognition(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the influence of different work units,educational backgrounds,majors,professional and technical positions,and different training frequencies of medical insurance related staff on the degree of medical insurance cognition(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis suggested that the working unit was a first-level hospital(β=0.329,OR=1.390,95%CI=1.239-1.559),a second-level hospital(β=0.147,OR=1.158,95%CI=1.004-1.336),and the major was clinical(β=0.243,OR=1.275,95%CI=1.122-1.449),pharmacy(β=0.228,OR=1.256,95%CI=1.071-1.474)and nursing(β=0.262,OR=1.299,95%CI=1.115-1.514),the training fre-quency was once a week(β=0.503,OR=1.653,95%CI=1.319-2.071),and once a month(β=0.257,OR=1.293,95%CI=1.116-1.499)were the positive factors influencing the cognition level of medical insurance.Conclusion The working unit,the major and the frequency of training are the factors that affect the cognition degree of medical insurance related staff.The relevant units should increase the frequency of training for relevant personnel,so as to improve the awareness of medical insurance related staff and promote the implementation and development of medical insurance policies.
