基于"三因制宜"理论探讨中医辨证施护联合情志护理对勃起功能障碍患者康复情况的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于"三因制宜"理论探讨中医辨证施护联合情志护理对勃起功能障碍患者康复情况.方法 选取2022年6月至2023年10月南昌市生殖医院收治的100例男性勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例).其中对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用中医辨证施护联合情志护理.比较两组患者的国际勃起功能问卷调查表-5(IIEF-5)评分、护理有效率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分.结果 观察组患者护理后优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者护理后IIEF-5评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组患者护理后SAS和SDS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于"三因制宜"理论的中医辨证施护联合情志护理能有效改善勃起功能障碍患者的勃起功能和心理状态,进而为勃起功能障碍患者的护理与康复提供一定思路.
Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation of patients with erectile dysfunction by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and emotional care based on the theory of"three categories of etiologic factors".Methods A total of 100 male patients with erectile dysfunction admitted to Nanchang Reproductive Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with emotional nursing.The scores of in-temational index of erectitle function 5(IIEF-5),nursing effectiveness,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating de-pressed scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).IIEF-5 score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS of observation group were lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combi-nation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and emotional care based on the theory of"three categories of etiologic factors"can effectively improve the erectile function and psychological state of erectile dysfunction patients,and then provide some ideas for the nursing and rehabilitation of erectile dysfunction patients.
