Obejective To explore the clinical application effect of the combination of Danning Tablets and Mannitol in in-testinal preparation before colonoscopy.Methods According to the technical plan of the Urban Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Project,525 patients who underwent colonoscopy screening at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(262 cases)and experimental group(263 cases)by random number table method.The control group only used Mannitol for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy,and the experimental group used Danning Tablet combined with Mannitol for in-testinal preparation before colonoscopy.The effectiveness of different intestinal parts cleaning quality between two groups using the Boston scale scores and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The Boston scale scores of different intestinal parts in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse re-actions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Before colonoscopy,the method of intestinal preparation of Danning Tablets combined with Mannitol is feasible,safe and effective,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
