Objective To analyze the efficacy of Benzathine Penicillin and Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of syphilis patients.Methods Sixty patients with syphilis in Yichun People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were ran-domly divided into group A,group B and group C with 20 cases each.Group A was treated with Benzathine Penicillin,group B with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and group C with Benzathine Penicillin combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The therapeutic ef-fect,negative time of toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST),symptom resolution time,and immune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),Peripheral blood indicators(helper T lymphocyte 1[Th1],helper T lymphocyte 2[Th2],helper T cell[Th1/Th2])and serum indicators(interleukin-2[IL-2],interleukin 10[IL-10]),adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The cure rate of group C was higher than that of group B and group A,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of TRUST turning negative in group C was shorter than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Symptom resolution time of group C was shorter than that of group B and group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in im-mune function indexes among the three groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the three groups were higher than before treatment,and CD8+was lower than before treatment.After 3 weeks of treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the C group was higher than that in the B and A groups,and CD8+was lower than that in the B and A groups,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in pe-ripheral blood indexes among the three groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,Th1 and Th1/Th2 in the three groups were higher than before treatment,and Th2 was lower than before treatment;After 3 weeks of treatment,Th1 and Th1/Th2 in group C were higher than those in groups B and A,and Th2 was lower than those in groups B and A,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were 2 cases of diarrhea,1 case of nausea and 1 case of rash in group A,with a total incidence of 20％(4/20);1 case of diarrhea,1 case of nausea and 1 case of rash in group B,with a total incidence of 15.00％(3/20);2 cases of diarrhea,2 cases of nausea and 1 case of rash in group C,with a total incidence of 25.00％(5/20).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of syphilis,the combination of Benzathine Penicillin and Ceftriaxone Sodium has better effect,does not increase new adverse reactions,and has good safety,so it is recommended to popularize.
