Analysis of influencing factors for clinical pregnancy in infertility patients with gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist regimen combined with blastocyst transplantation
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of clinical pregnancy in infertility patients with gonadotropin-re-leasing hormone antagonist(GnRH-ant)combined with blastocyst transplantation. Methods Clinical data of 150 infertility patients receiving antagonist regimen and fresh transplantation admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to pregnancy outcome, they were divided into clinical pregnant group(n=71)and non-pregnant group(n=79).The ovulation stimulating situation of the two groups(total dosage of gonadotropin[Gn],Gn days, trigger day estradiol[E2],trigger day luteinizing hormone[LH],trigger day progesterone[P],endometrial thickness, number of high-quality embryos)were compared, and related factors in clinical pregnancy were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results The total dosage of Gn,trigger day P and endometrial thickness of patients in clinical pregnant group were higher than those in non-pregnant group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the trigger day E2 and trigger day LH of patients in clinical pregnant group were lower than those in non-pregnant group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences in the number of days of Gn and the number of high-quality embryos between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the total amount of Gn,trigger day E2,trigger day LH and trigger day P were all independent influencing factors for infertility patients received antagonist regimen combined with blastocyst transplantation obtained clinical pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The total dosage of Gn,trigger day E2,trigger day LH and trigger day P are all in-dependent influencing factors for the clinical pregnancy success of infertility patients who received antagonist regimen combined with blastocyst transplantation.Increasing the level of these indicators appropriately is helpful to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
