Clinical effect of Tianma Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of H-type hy-pertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)and its influence on ho-mocysteine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein
Clinical effect of Tianma Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of H-type hy-pertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)and its influence on ho-mocysteine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of H-type hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)and its effect on homocysteine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein.Methods A total of 165 patients with mild to moderate H-type hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)who visited Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Hospital of Tianshui City from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(83 cases)and treatment group(82 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets,and the treatment group was given Tianma Jiangya Cap-sules on basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pres-sure,blood Hcy,hs-CRP levels,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treat-ment were compared,and the efficacy of blood pressure and traditional Chinese Medicine were judged.Results After treat-ment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure in the treatment group(97.56％)was higher than that of the control group(86.75％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Hcy,hs-CRP levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Hcy,hs-CRP levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome total scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group(85.37％)was higher than that of the control group(73.49％),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tianma Jiangya Capsules has a good clini-cal efficacy in the treatment of type H hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome),which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the levels of blood Hcy and hs-CRP,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
