Objective To analyze and explore the knowledge,attitude and practice of health service and management stu-dents on the basis of academic tutorial system,so as to better play the role of learning guidance.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to select 250 freshmen to junior undergraduates majoring in health service and management in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University from September to November 2022 as the research objects,to explore the students'knowledge,attitude and practice of this major.Results There were statistically significant differences in students'overall knowledge,attitude and practice level of health service and management major(P<0.05).The knowledge level was higher than that of practice and attitude level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the level of practice and attitude were not statistically significants(P>0.05).There were statistical significance differences in the knowledge and action level of all grades(P<0.05).The knowledge and attitude level of freshmen were higher than that of sophomores and juniors,with statistical significances(P<0.05),and there were no statistical significance in the knowledge and attitude level of sophomores and juniors(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the attitude level among all grades(P>0.05).Conclusion Students'overall knowledge,attitude and practice of health service and management should be improved,and corresponding measures should be taken to improve them.The level of knowledge and attitude in sophomore and junior are relatively poor,so targeted measures should be taken to strengthen intervention and guidance.
