Objective To explore the establishment and operation of standardized training management mode for medical nurses in wards and its application effect.Methods From January to December 2021,38 medical nurses working in 3 spe-cial wards of Jinqiu Hospital who accepted the routine management mode were selected as the control group.Thirty-eight ward medical nurses received standardized training management from January to December 2022 were selected as the ex-perimental group.The core competency scores and pass rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of personal quality,communication ability,ethics knowledge,nursing knowledge,nursing skills and core competency of exper-imental group were higher than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total qualified rate of the-oretical assessment of medical nurses in ward in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total qualified rate of practice assessment of medical nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establish-ment and application of standardized training management system can improve the core competence level,assessment pass rate and patients'satisfaction of medical nurses in wards,and has a positive role in promoting the quality of nursing staff and the development of industry management standards.
