The new round of information technology reform represented by generative artificial intelligence is profoundly affecting nursing practice.Currently,nursing professional education in most nursing colleges is embarrassed by the learning environment of traditional medical knowledge system emphasizing knowledge and skills.Many teachers engaged in higher nursing education are faced with the mission of training compound nursing talents.It is difficult to adapt to the new information technology reform to cultivate the ability of multi-disciplinary and multi-directional composite nursing talents,and it is urgent to integrate with the teachers of engineering,science,arts,information and other disciplines to form an interdisciplinary teaching community.The emergence of virtual teaching and research section provides an important way to realize the cross-border integration of nursing teachers and professional teachers of engineering,science,arts,information,and other disciplins.In response to the new information technology change,the author discusses the interdisciplinary nursing profession in the context of the new information technology change from the aspects of the selection mode of the members of the virtual teaching and research section,the organization and management form,the construction of multi-functional hardware platform,the production of cloud-shared teaching resources,the development of teaching and academic activities,the cultivation of teaching and research section culture,the establishment of internal academic norms and the establishment of intellectual property protection system.The construction path of virtual teaching and research section is discussed to provide ideas for the construction of related nursing virtual teaching and research section.
