Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical health guidance on self-management of patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC)undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 68 patients with EC undergoing radiotherapy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(34 cases)and study group(34 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given hierarchical health guidance. The self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)and European Organization for Re-search and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)of the patients between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of all dimensions of ESCA and all aspects of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical health guidance for EC radiotherapy patients can improve patients'self-management ability, improve their quality of life, and can be popularized and implemented.
