Objective To explore the influence of cross-theoretical model guided emotional management on mental re-silience and coping styles of pregnant women with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 94 pregnant women with threat-ened abortion admitted to QuanZhou Women's and Children's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(47 cases)and control group(47 cases)according to random number table method.The experimental group received cross-theoretical model guided emotional management on mental resilience,and the control group received routine nursing.The quality of life,sleep conditions,mental resilience and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in sleep conditions score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life,nursing satisfaction and mental resilience of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the score of sleep condition were lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice for pregnant women with threat-ened abortion,emotional management under the guidance of cross-theoretical model has better effect,improved mental resilience,and improved quality of life,and has high clinical application value,which is worth promoting.
