Endometriosis is a common benign gynecological disease,which often causes menstrual disorder,periodic lower abdominal pain,mass,infertility and other symptoms.It has the characteristics of insidious onset,delayed healing,and easy recurrence,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients,family harmony,and increases the economic burden of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and has accumulated a lot of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis,which has laid a solid foundation for the treatment of endometriosis with integrated tradi-tional Chinese and western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the whole of people.It divides en-dometriosis into different syndromes,and treats patients with syndrome differentiation.It can improve the clinical symptoms of endometriosis,and improve the quality of life of patients.Endometriosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is the most common syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the recent tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis were reviewd,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of endometriosis.
