Research progress and quality markers prediction of Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction
The classic prescription Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction(XTD)is included in the Fuqingzhu Nvke written by Fu Shan in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.It has the functions of soothing the liver and purging fire,regulating qi and nourishing blood,and is used to treat premenstrual abdominal pain caused by stagnation of the liver and resolving fire,the less abdomen is very,the more purple and black stasis,its clinical curative effect is definite and widely used.There are many reports on the clinical application of XTD,while quality control and systematic reviews have not been reported.Research progress on chemical constituent and clinical application of XTD were reviewed in this paper.According to"five principles",the quality markers of XTD were predicted in this paper.The results suggested that paeoniflorin,albiflorin,ben-zoylpaeoniflorin,ligustilide,ferulic acid,paeonol,geniposide,geniposidic acid,α-cyperone,curcumin,saikosaponin A,saikosaponin C,saikosaponin D,baicalin,baicalein,wogonin,oroxylin A,sinapine thiocyanate,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid could be used as quality markers of XTD,which could provide theoretical basis for the quality control and follow-up preparation development of XTD.
