Clinical effect of Neostigmine Injection combined with Simo Decoction O-ral Solution and Vitamin B1 Injection in patients after cesarean section
Objective To study the application value of Neostigmine Injection combined with Simo Decoction Oral Solution and Vitamin B1 Injection in patients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 patients after cesarean section in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and were divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Vitamin B1 Injection,and the treatment group was treated with Neostigmine Injection combined with Simo Decoction Oral Solution and Vitamin B1 Injection.The time of gastrointestinal function recovery,the incidence and degree of postoperative abdominal distension,colostrum secretion and intestinal obstruction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,first exhaust and defecation time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative ab-dominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of abdominal distension was lighter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The colostrum secretion rate 24 hours after surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the colostrum secretion rate 48 and 72 hours after surgery between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal obstruction between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Neostigmine Injection combined with Simo Decoction Oral Solution and Vi-tamin B1 Injection can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,alleviate the degree of abdominal distension,and promote the secretion of colostrum.
