Clinical study of acupoint press-needle combined with low concentration Ropivacaine pudinal nerve block under ultrasound guidance for analgesia after mixed hemorrhoidectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint press-needle combined with low concentration Ropivacaine pu-dinal nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound on postoperative analgesia in patients with mixed hemorrhoidectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients treated with mixed hemorrhoids surgery in the Department of Anorectal of Jiujiang Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were di-vided into observation group and control group by envelope method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with surgery and analgesia pump, and the experimental group was treated with acupoint press-needle combined with low concentration Ropivacaine pudinal nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound. The pain score, incidence of adverse reactions and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores of the observa-tion group at 6,24,48,72 h and 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group, with statistical signifi-cances(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and the total complications in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative analgesia of patients with mixed hemorrhoidectomy, the use of acupoint press-needle combined with low-concentration Ropivacaine pudinal nerve block under ultrasound guidance can significantly reduce the pain of patients and effectively prevent the oc-currence of adverse reactions and complications, which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
