Research of regional health science and technology projects based on the strategy of Science and Education Vitalizing Medicine
Objective Health science and technology project research is an important embodiment of regional science and technology innovation.By analyzing the development characteristics of health science and technology projects in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,this paper provides references for strengthening the layout of regional medical disciplines and stimu-lating the vitality of scientific research.Methods Based on the perspective of regional high-quality development and long-term strategic development,this study took health science and technology projects,Science and Education Vitalizing Medicine in Pudong New Area of Shanghai of 2017-2021 year as the research objects,the data were collected to analyze the characteristics of the projects at different levels.Results The research results show that the number of approved health technology projects in Pudong New Area showed a"√"trend of increase,the items of traditional Chinese medicine were in-creasing year by year,with the highest proportion being general projects at 63.5％,and the proportion of multi center cooperation projects increasing year by year.The characteristics of project initiation personnel are that their educational background was mainly the master at 48.5％,and the proportion of intermediate professional titles was the highest at 49.7％.The number of project initiation was proportional to the proportion of the professional title structure of health technology personnel in Pudong New Area.Among the distribution of project approval institutions,district affiliated medical and health institutions accounted for 77.3％,84.4％ of community health service centers had obtained project approval.The results generated by the project mainly focused on papers,awards,talent cultivation,applying for patents,and promoting the generation of new technologies.Conclusion The increase in the number of approved health science and technology projects in Pudong New Area has provided a carrier for scientific research in health units,promoting the cultivation of key talents and the establishment of disciplines.It is recommended to strengthen further cooperation and development between industry,academia,and research institutions,increase funding support for projects,and provide support for regional medical technology innovation and the improvement of health service capabilities.
