Exploration on the training mode of medical science popularization ability of pharmaceutical interns
With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,the role of pharmaceutical interns in medical science work is becoming increasingly prominent.Pharmaceutical interns should have high professional quality and solid theoretical foundation,so as to make the process of medical science popularization more smooth.Through medical science popularization,pharmaceutical interns can improve the level of rational use of drugs by the public,improve doctor-patient relationship,improve patient compliance and treatment effect.This paper aims to explore the effective mode of training the medical science popularization ability of pharmaceutical interns,improve their comprehensive quality,and better serve the public.Through the analysis of the current shortcomings in the training of medical science popularization ability of pharmaceutical interns,including the lack of popular science awareness,weak basic knowledge,limited internship opportunities,poor prac-tical ability and so on.It is proposed to improve the theoretical quality of interns based on systematic teaching,simulation of practical training scenarios to develop pharmaceutical practice skills,combine online and offline to broaden interns'horizons,training strategies and methods such as conducting medical science salon activities for interns and stimulating interns'enthusiasm to actively participate in medical science communication are expected to have certain reference significance for pharmaceutical education and training pharmaceutical interns with excellent medical science popularization ability in the pharmaceutical industry.
