Application of Chinese and western medicine combined nursing interven-tion in the application of pain after cesarean section
Objective To observe the application effect in the pain in the pain after cesarean section of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 110 women with cesarean section in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and obser-vation group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine peri-operative nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine nurs-ing intervention.The pain,lactation,breastfeeding success rate,postoperative hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 6,12,24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Pain scores at 12,24 and 48 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those at 6 h after operation,while pain scores at 24 and 48 h after operation in the control group were lower than that at 6 h after operation,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Lactation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation yield at 24 and 48 h postpartum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding and nursing satis-faction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine combined nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain in cesarean section,promote lactation and increase breastfeeding,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
