Application of"attitude-definition-open thinking-planning-implementation"nursing program based on HEART communication mode in digital guide plate implantation
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of"attitude-definition-open thinking-planning-imple-mentation"nursing program based on HEART communication mode in patients with digital guide plate implantation.Meth-ods A total of 108 patients with digital guide plate implantation admitted to the Center of Implant and Repair,Hospital of Stomatology,Zhongshan City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into nursing group A(54 cases)and nursing group B(54 cases).Nursing group A was treated with routine clinical nursing methods,while nursing group B was treated with"attitude-definition-open thinking-planning-implementation nursing method based on HEART communication mode.The nursing satisfaction,anx-iety score,pain degree,implant marginal bone resorption status,clinical index improvement,self-efficacy,disease awareness rate and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of nursing group B after intervention was higher than that of nursing group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The anxiety score of nursing group B after intervention was lower than that of nursing group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pain degree index of nursing group B after intervention was lower than that of nursing group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The marginal bone resorption of implant in nursing group B were lower than those in nursing group A at 1,3 and 5 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications after intervention in nursing group B was lower than that in nurs-ing group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of"attitude-definition-open thinking-planning-implementation"nursing intervention based on HEART communication mode in patients with digital guide plate implantation is significant.It can not only improve the satisfaction of patients,but also reduce their anxiety and pain,which is conducive to improving bone resorption and has fewer complications.It is worth promoting.
