Application of early warning nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the value of early warning nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with acute cere-bral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into observa-tion group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional nursing, and the observation group was treated with early warning nursing. The neurological function,nega-tive emotion, quality of life and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of stroke specific quality of life scale after intervention were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve their neu-rological function, relieve their negative emotions and enhance their quality of life, which can be used for reference and pro-motion in clinical practice.
