Progress in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation disorder with Chinese medicine
Infertility is a more common female reproductive health problem,which will not only affect the patient's mental health,quality of life,but also may lead to disharmony in family relations.Ovulation disorder infertility is a common type of infertility,and its incidence has been increasing in recent years.The treatment of this disease is the key to promote ovula-tion,western medicine treatment of this disease can promote ovulation,but there is a situation of high ovulation and low pregnancy,the treatment effect is uncertain,long-term drug use will also lead to ovarian syndrome,endometrial cancer and other diseases increased risk.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the field of clinical di-agnosis and treatment of diseases and has accumulated rich experience.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advan-tages in the treatment of diseases and can be treated based on syndrome differentiation.However,there are many treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,such as syndrome differentiation,sequential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Clinical treatment should be combined with disease diag-nosis and treatment experience to choose a more effective treatment plan.This article reviews the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the curative effect of ovulation disorder infertility.
