Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of Shuganning combined with Polyene Phos-phatidyl Choline in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 84 patients with NAFLD hospitalized in Chaisang District People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2017 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine liver protection and Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline,and the observation group was treated with Shuganning on the basis of the control group.The physical signs,liver function,lipid metabolism,serum level of inflammatory factors and cellular immunity were compared between the two groups.Results The body mass index(BMI)and waistline of observation group were lower than those of control group,liver/spleen CT ratio was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBil)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and total protein(TP)was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),serum ferritin(SF),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4)and transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1)in observation group were lower than those in control group;CD8+level in observation group was lower than that in control group,level of CD3+and CD4+,CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Shuganning combined with Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline can improve liver function,regulate lipid metabolism,reduce inflammatory stimulation and enhance immunity in NAFLD patients with good safety.
