Clinical observation on the application of Zaoren Anshen Capsules com-bined with cognitive-behavioral therapy in patients with sleep disorders after cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy for sleep disorders after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with sleep disorders after cerebral infarction ad-mitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dexzopiclone Tablets+cognitive behavioral therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zaoren Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality,psychological state,and sequelae of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality in-dex(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and neuropsychiatric inventory(NPI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy can im-prove the sleep quality and psychological state of patients with post-stroke sleep disorders,and promote the improvement of post-stroke sequelae.
