Effect of Oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy combined with Aidi Injec-tion on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced col-orectal cancer
Objective To explore the effect of Oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen combined with Aidi Injection on immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods A total of ninety-three patients with CRC admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and they divided into the control group(47 cases)and the experimental group(46 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen,and on its basis,the experimental group was treated with Aidi Injection,and the clinical efficacy,immune function,tumor marker levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,CD4+and CD3+,and total improvement rate of quality of life of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and CD8+,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of advanced CRC with Oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen and Aidi Injection is effica-cious and can reduce the level of tumor markers,enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life.
