Clinical study on the effect of Buxue Shengru Granules combined with low frequency pulse electric stimulation on postpartum patients with lac-tation deficiency
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buxue Shengru Granules combined with low frequency pulse electri-cal stimulation on postpartum patients with lactation deficiency.Methods A total of 120 postpartum patients with lactation deficiency admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into experimental group 1,experimental group 2,and experimental group 3 accord-ing to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received conventional treatment.On this basis,patients in experimental group 1 were treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation,patients in experimental group 2 were treated with Buxue Shengru Granules,and patients in experimental group 3 were treated with Buxue Shengru Gran-ules combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation.The degree of breast filling,lactation volume,red blood cell count,hemoglobin level and therapeutic effect were compared among the three groups.Results At 2 and 4 weeks after treat-ment,the scores of breast filling degree of experimental group 3 were lower than those of experimental group 1 and 2,and the levels of lactation volume were higher than those of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P＜0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the red blood cell count and hemoglobin level of experimental group 3 were higher than those of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group 3 was higher than that of experimental group 1,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.017).Conclusion The combination of Buxue Shengru Granules and low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum lactation deficiency patients can effectively improve lactation secretion,and can play a role in tonifying blood and qi for patients,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of patients'biochemical indicators,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
