摘要
目的 探讨质量控制与管理措施在疾病预防控制机构微生物检验中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年8月至2023年7月枣庄市辖区内疾病预防控制机构的70例微生物检验样本和70名医务人员作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=35)和研究组(n=35).参照组采用传统管理措施,研究组采用微生物检验质量以及控制管理措施.比较两组不良事件(环境问题、试剂问题、样本问题、仪器问题、人为问题)总发生率、工作质量(工作态度评分、操作技能评分、标准符合评分以及检测结果准确性评分)、管理总满意度.结果 研究组不良事件总发生率、工作质量和管理总满意度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 疾病预防控制机构在进行微生物检验质量控制期间,合理运用微生物检验质量以及控制管理措施,可以提升工作态度、操作技能、标准符合以及检测结果准确性等工作质量,能够减少环境问题、试剂问题、样本问题、仪器问题、人为问题等系列不良事件,提高管理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control and management measures in microbiological ex-amination of disease prevention and control institutions.Methods A total of 70 microbiological test samples and 70 medical personnel from disease prevention and control institutions of Zaozhuang City area from August 2022 to July 2023 were se-lected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group(n=35)and the study group(n=35)according to random number table method.The reference group adopted traditional management measures,and the study group adopted microbiological quality examination and control management measures.The total incidence of adverse events(environmental problems,reagent problems,sample problems,instrument problems,human problems),work quality(work attitude score,operating skill score,standard compliance score and test result accuracy score)and total management satisfaction were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events,work quality and management satisfaction in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the quality control of microbiological examination by disease prevention and control institutions,reasonable use of microbiological examination quality and control management measures can improve work quality such as working attitude,operating skills,standard compliance and accuracy of test results,reduce a series of adverse events such as environmental problems,reagent problems,sample problems,instrument problems and human problems,and improve man-agement satisfaction.
