摘要

目的 探讨递进性机能融合实验对高职院校临床医学专业相关理论内容辅助影响的应用效果.方法 选取菏泽医学专科学校2021级临床医学专业四个平行教学班级共200名学生作为研究对象,教学时间段为2021年8月至2022年7月.将一班、二班分为对照组,三班、四班分为观察组,每组各100名.对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用循序渐进机能融合实验教学方法,比较两组学生的实验操作成绩与理论成绩;发放调查问卷,了解学生对机能融合实验的教学效果评价.结果 观察组学生的实验操作成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生理论成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学生在规范动手操作能力、小组合作能力、问题解决能力及综合知识的运用能力等方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 递进性机能融合实验能显著提高理论内容的教学质量,提升学生的学习效能及实验操作技能,具有推广意义.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of progressive functional fusion experiment on the related theoretical contents of clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges.Methods A total of 200 students from four parallel teaching classes of clinical medicine major in Grade 2021 of Heze Medical College were selected as the research objects,and the teaching period was from August 2021 to July 2022.Class 1 and Class 2 were divided into control group,Class 3 and Class 4 were divided into observation group,with 100 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,the observation group adopted the progressive functional integration experimental teaching method,and the experi-mental performance and theoretical performance of the two groups of students were compared.Questionnaire was distributed to understand students'evaluation of the teaching effect of functional fusion experiment.Results The experimental perfor-mance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The theoretical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of standardized hands-on ability,group cooperation ability,problem solving ability,comprehensive knowledge appli-cation ability and so on,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The progressive function fusion experiment can significantly improve the teaching quality of the theoretical content,enhance the students'learning ef-ficiency and experimental operation skills,and has a popularizing significance.
