The International Organization for Standardization(ISO)15189 quality management system is a standard for the quality and competence of medical laboratories.Reflects the latest international medical laboratory quality management con-cepts,puts forward the quality improvement method of the standard.Its purpose is to ensure the quality and reliability of medical laboratory testing.The internship experience in hospitals is the process of medical students applying theoretical knowledge to practice as well as the process of consolidating and re-learning theoretical knowledge,which plays a vital role in students'future employment or further education.This study analyzes the problems that existed in the previous emergency laboratory in the internship teaching,and in response to these problems,the management elements and technical elements of the ISO 15189 quality management system are used as the basis for the teaching design of the emergency laboratory intern-ship,so as to make the internship teaching work more systematic,standardized and efficient,and to control the internship process in its entirety,as well as integrating the ideological and political cases,cultivating the students'independent learning ability and the spirit of scientific research and exploration,and providing the students with a better opportunity for the stu-dents to learn theories,and to learn to be independent.At the same time,it integrates ideological and political cases,culti-vates students'independent learning ability and spirit of scientific research and exploration,and lays the foundation for stu-dents to adapt to the work of testing faster after graduation and become comprehensive testing talents.
